CANCELLATION POLICY You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your activity taking place with NO PENALTIES! Late arrivals and No-shows are considered to be cancellations. Notification of late arrivals will be given consideration for future accommodation. No refund will be issued. Cancellations If we can't accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund. Bad Weather: If Tours are cancel due to bad weather ,if we canwe will accommodate you on another day,. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS No Shows: If you, or a member of your party, does not show up for your activity you will be responsible for the full amount.
